FAQ

This is because you have not yet generated a public key using the Crypto Wizard and uploaded it to the Benchmark Portal. Please first select the option "Create personal key pair" in the Crypto Wizard and then upload your public key in the Benchmark Portal under "My Account". A prerequisite for decrypting our results is that you are registered in our system as a recipient of evaluation results.

You can upload your public key in the Benchmark Portal. To do so, select "My Account" in the top navigation bar and then "My public key". Follow the instructions to upload your public key.

Please contact the data provider of your hospital. During the pseudonymization and encryption of your billing data from the HIS system using the Crypto Wizard, a mapping file was created containing the pseudonymized case numbers and their corresponding original case numbers. Solventum does not have access to this mapping file; therefore, the data provider of your hospital is the appropriate contact.

In principle, multiple people can submit data. In this case, the most recently uploaded case data delivery (e.g. § 21, SpiGes) for the hospital is considered relevant for evaluation. In contrast, all submitted and confirmed § 136 data deliveries for the hospital are included in the evaluation.

No, this type of submission is not supported. Data deliveries must be submitted separately as case data (e.g. § 21, SpiGes) and QS data (§ 136).

No, this type of submission is not supported. Each data delivery must be limited to a single hospital (a single institution identifier).

No, each data delivery within an evaluation cycle can only be uploaded in compressed and encrypted form (file extension ".zip.gpg"). The data must be encrypted using the OpenPGP method. Please use the Solventum™ Crypto Wizard for this purpose. Unencrypted data deliveries are not accepted by the Benchmark Portal. You will receive a message requesting a new encrypted submission.
